Every move tells a different story.
Sometimes it's the excitement of buying a first home.
Sometimes it's a family making room for new adventures.
Sometimes it's helping parents downsize after decades in the same house, guiding a widow through difficult decisions, or preparing a beloved family home for its next owners.
Those moments deserve more than a real estate transaction.
They deserve thoughtful guidance, careful planning, and someone who understands that moving is as much about people as it is about property.
That's what inspires my work every day.
Before entering real estate, I spent years in corporate marketing and communications, helping organizations understand how meaningful stories create meaningful connections. Today, I use those same skills to help every home present its very best while making sure every client feels supported, informed, and cared for throughout the process.
My real estate career began with The Red Rocks Team, where I had the opportunity to learn every aspect of the business through mentorship, collaboration, and a philosophy built around putting clients first. Building my career from the ground up in that environment allowed me to develop an approach centered on thoughtful preparation, honest communication, and long-term relationships.
That foundation has been incredibly rewarding. I was honored to be recognized as Rookie of the Year at Your Castle Real Estate and have continued to rank among the brokerage's top-producing brokers every year since. While I'm grateful for those accomplishments, what matters most to me are the relationships behind them.
One of the most rewarding parts of my work is helping clients prepare their homes for market.
As a professional home stager, I enjoy uncovering a property's full potential—sometimes through simple rearranging, thoughtful decluttering, strategic styling, or bringing in just the right finishing touches. My goal isn't to create a home that looks staged.
It's to create one that feels unforgettable.
Preparation, however, often extends far beyond furniture.
Many of the clients we serve are navigating significant life transitions. Over the years, I've helped families organize decades of belongings, coordinate estate sales, arrange charitable donations, connect with trusted local resources, prepare homes for photographers, and manage countless details that can quickly become overwhelming. Sometimes that means loading a trailer with donations alongside my husband. Sometimes it simply means sitting at a kitchen table and helping someone decide where to begin.
Real estate isn't just about selling a house.
It's about helping people move forward.
Working alongside Todd Houghton allows our clients to benefit from two very different—but highly complementary—perspectives. Todd brings engineering, business strategy, negotiation, pricing expertise, and deep knowledge of Colorado's foothills communities. I focus on presentation, marketing, buyer psychology, organization, and creating an experience that feels calm, personal, and thoughtfully managed from beginning to end.
Together, we've intentionally built The Red Rocks Team as a boutique real estate advisory practice where every client receives the benefit of both perspectives. We believe remarkable homes deserve thoughtful preparation, meaningful storytelling, and experienced guidance—and that every client deserves to feel genuinely cared for throughout the journey.
At the end of the day, that's what this profession means to me.
Helping people confidently step into whatever comes next.
