Rather than creating a high-volume sales organization, we intentionally built a boutique real estate advisory practice where every client works directly with both of us. Our backgrounds are different by design, and together they create something neither of us could provide alone.

Todd approaches every transaction analytically—through the lens of engineering, business strategy, negotiation, investment value, construction, and long-term financial outcomes.

Kathleen approaches every transaction creatively—through marketing, storytelling, professional staging, buyer psychology, and an exceptional ability to guide clients through life's biggest transitions with empathy and organization.
